Job description
As a Data Analyst Finance, you automate recurring processes and help build a strong data and reporting landscape. You translate business questions into practical, scalable data solutions, acting as the team's go-to specialist.
- You automate and optimise recurring Business Control processes, reports, and analytical workflows, reducing dependency on complex Excel files
- You develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools using Python, SQL, and Tableau
- You translate questions from Business Controllers about margin drivers and operational processes into concrete data solutions
- You act as the Tableau specialist within Business Control, improving visualisation standards and self-service analytics
- You improve data accessibility, enabling Business Controllers to independently find answers to recurring questions
- You explore and apply practical AI solutions to strengthen reporting and analytical workflows
- You collaborate with the Analytics & AI team and IT to align your solutions with the broader data architecture and governance
- You ensure your solutions are scalable, tested, documented, and transferable within the team

Requirements
You're analytically strong, but you also enjoy collaboration and delivering visible impact. You combine technical expertise with commercial awareness and aren't afraid to ask stakeholders the critical questions.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in finance or data science (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
- Strong practical knowledge of Python and SQL
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau or a comparable BI platform
